Mary Bernard JosephAi??is a training consultant who specializes in leadership and communication skills. She began corporate teaching at the Motorola University in Kuala Lumpur where she had the opportunity to conduct training sessions at Motorola sites through Asia.

Mary also designed and developed training programs for Motorola Asia Pacific with a pool of instructors from the manufacturing section reporting to her. Later, she was the Head of the Motorola University Logistics department and was promoted to lead the HR and Training for Motorola Global Software Group where she performed HR, training needs, performance appraisals and hiring of new staff.

She pursued a Masters in Human Resources Management at the University of Hawaii, as well as Training and Development U.K. Certificate in Instructional Design at the Motorola University, United States.

Mary Bernard is the founder and certified trainer of L&P Total Solutions and is certified as the master trainer for the Train the Trainer program. She has also been invited to teach in East Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Philippines.

She believes that successful leaders function with a vision of where they are going, having a goal to inspire their people and their business. She also believes that learning is not a spectator sport. Her courses are activity-based and participant centered. Teaching using active learning, she provides a wonderful learning environment that most people thrive in, keeping it fun and memorable. Mr. Lam Kwai Soon joined Cheng & Co in year 2004. He is a qualified accountant with ACCA qualification. He is also a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Having more than 10 years of working experience in taxation, he handles tax planning consultancy on organization restructuring, tax incentives, mergers and acquisitions etc.
His tax experience is on wide range of businesses such as manufacturing, trading, hotels, agriculture and etc. Apart from dealing in company tax and personal tax, Mr Lam is actively involved in tax audit and tax investigation cases.
ENCIK MOHD ZAMMARI BIN CHE OMAR has over 15 years of working experience in conducting IT training programs for end users, private companies & government departments. He has been teaching and creating course modules for MS Windows, MS Office, MS FrontPage, HTML, Multimedia & Graphics Presentation.

Encik Zammari has also conducted numerous Microsoft Excel (Intermediate/Advanced) for Epson Trading (M) Sdn Bhd, WesternDigital (M) Sdn Bhd, Bank Islam (M) Bhd

Mr. Lingakkumaraguru (S.Kumar) has immense experience and knowledge in the Supply Chain and Training environment. He brings along 30 years of direct managerial logistics & supply chain working experience, ranging from a large multi-million dollar organization to small and medium sized companies.

He holds Masters in Business Administration (MBA) USA, and a Bachelors degree in Logistics, and various certificates in logistics and supply chain management. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph D. He acquired substantial, practical and invaluable work experience in challenging situations actively participating in Contracting process for MNC projects, setting up warehouses, Project Procurement and purchasing, inventory management, stock auditing, material part numbering & coding, project management, etc. Initially, he worked for large organization (ICI Plc) and later for Kawasaki Steels Japan and General Electric acquiring sufficient knowledge and exposure in these process operations.

His landmark consulting experience was designing of materials part numbering and coding systems, preparation of standards, policies and procedures for a large rail network. In the course of his work assignments he is constantly faced with crisis and disaster situations that have never been addressed by companies. He works with these organizations to address critical issues, resolve disruptive and sometimes life threatening situations and advice on business continuity plans.
